With 8 years experience working in the personal health industry, Chris committed and prepared for his first men's physique competition where he focused strongly on a strict diet building off macro nutrient daily goals. Because he previously Co-Owned and managed a Muscle Maker Grill franchise in Manhattan, he realized after his competition preparation that there is a need for healthy meal options and guided nutrition plans which led him to begin Deliciously Fit.

 

We all know how hard it is to eat healthy amidst busy lifestyles, so Chris strives to help his clients by taking the hassle of preparing healthy meals off their hands. That, along with consistent motivation, coaching and obvious results - he was able to create an individual specific diet plan to emphasize his clients' macro nutrient goals for healthier lifestyles.

Chris personally prepares high quality meals for each step of your day to ensure you are getting the right MACRO NUTRIENTS: Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats to ensure a balanced diet. 
 
Chris's meals are meant to keep your fats low and protein and carbohydrates balanced. When you are 'counting your macros', you realize that certain foods or meals that you consume on a daily basis can tip your Daily Allowance for each category if you are not the one preparing the food.
 
Chris comes in to balance your diet by: 
 
1: Prepping your meals to help enhance your macros
2: Keeping fats to an absolute minimum
3: Making your food taste amazing
4: Eliminating dishes and cook time
 
What are his Servings?
 
Chris's meals will normally be one cup of rice or one cup of pasta with 5 oz of chicken breast or other protein. When entered into The MyFitnessPal App, you will see how much room you have left over to flexibly eat for the day. 
 
Everyone is different and not everyone has the same goals in mind when striving to hit their ideal selves. Chris tailors his preparation to the individual to ensure his clients get EXACTLY what they need to enhance their health and help achieve their goals from Low Carb and Vegetarian dishes to Contest Preparation Food options.
 
Weekly meals are pre-prepped and available for pick-up or delivery depending on your location.
